Dallen D. Mill, MD

After graduating cum laude from Brigham Young University, Dr Mill entered medical school at Loyola University Chicago, graduating with Honors in Bioethics and Professionalism. He completed his residency training in Anesthesiology at Yale University School of Medicine. While at Yale, he received the Outstanding Achievement in Medical Student Education Award and continues to enjoy teaching. During his final year at Yale, he was elected by peers and faculty to serve as Chief Anesthesia Resident. Following residency, Dr. Mill completed fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Anesthesia at the Carver College of Medicine at The University of Iowa caring for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients undergoing heart and lung surgery, and managing patient care in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. After completing his medical training, Dr. Mill moved to Colorado where he began practicing anesthesia. He is double board-certified by The American Board of Anesthesiology and The National Board of Echocardiography. He maintains anesthesia privileges at UC Health, HCA and Common Spirit hospital systems. He has served as Clinical Faculty of the University of Colorado School of Medicine. For nine years, he served as Clinical Quality Chair for US Anesthesia Partners of Southern Colorado. Dr Mill currently serves as Vice Chair of the Dental Committee of the Society for Ambulatory Anesthesia. He has been a return guest on the Everyday Oral Surgery Podcast. Dr. Mill enjoys volunteering at the Shalom Foundation in Guatemala City, teaching Guatemalan medical students and providing care for children undergoing procedures to correct orthopedic birth defects. In 2021, Dr Mill co-founded Peak View Anesthesia. He is proud to bring over a decade of clinical experience as a board-certified physician anesthesiologist to medical and dental offices throughout Colorado. Dr Mill and his wife Krissi are parents to five wonderful children. They enjoy outdoor Colorado adventures together, family read alouds, and attending their children's music, theater and athletic events.

Dr. Tom Harris Photo

Tom L. Harris, MD

After completing his undergraduate work at Southern Utah University, Dr. Harris matriculated at the University of Vermont College Medicine where he graduated with his Medical Doctorate Degree. He then completed his residency in Anesthesiology at The Ohio State University. Dr. Harris received additional training in Pediatric Anesthesia at the Nationwide Children's Hospital where he gained a love for pediatric anesthesia care. While in Residency, Dr. Harris received the Distinguished Resident of the Year Award in his final year of training. Dr. Harris enjoys traveling to other countries to share his expertise in Anesthesiology and has been privileged to work in Haiti providing anesthetic care for those undergoing ocular procedures and for the last several years has volunteered at the Moore Pediatric Surgery Center in Guatemala City providing care for patients with congenital orthopedic issues. Dr. Harris has extensive experience in outpatient anesthesia and has served as medical director of a local ambulatory surgery center. This experience has driven Dr. Harris to continue his leadership outside of the surgery center setting by providing hospital-level anesthesia services to offices in need of a higher level of care.

Kim Miner, RN

Head of Nursing

After successfully completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska in Omaha, Kim pursued her passion for nursing at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, School of Nursing, where she graduated with honors, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Upon graduation, Kim commenced her nursing career at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, specializing in the Liver and Kidney Transplant Unit. There, she provided care for some of the hospital's most medically complex patients. Recognized for her unwavering dedication and natural leadership abilities, Kim was appointed Lead Nurse of her unit and received the Rita Van Fleet Rising Star Award for demonstrating excellence in her profession. Transitioning to Methodist Women’s Hospital, Kim moved into the perioperative department where she continued her commitment to delivering outstanding patient care. Her compassionate approach and exemplary service earned her numerous accolades as she supported individuals through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives, both before and after surgery. Upon relocating to Colorado, Kim expanded her clinical expertise in perioperative nursing within a large community hospital system. Her exceptional nursing skills and ability to alleviate patient anxiety garnered the attention of Dr. Mill and Dr. Harris, who invited Kim to join the Peak View Anesthesia team as Head of Nursing. In this role, Kim optimizes patient flow through your office, frees your staff to focus on supporting smooth procedures, and ensures the safest and most comfortable experience for your patients.
